The Effect of Educational Intervention on Care Dependency and Symptom Management After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation: A Theory-Based Randomized Controlled Study

چکیده

The objective of the research was to determine effect educational intervention based on Bandura’s Social Cognitive Learning Theory care dependency and symptom management after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
 Methods. This randomized controlled trial conducted between January 2019 February 2020 at Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center. All patients were randomly divided into two groups: 53 individuals in group control group. sociodemographic data collection form, Edmonton Symptom Assessment Scale Care Dependency used for collection. Data collected from one day transplantation 12 weeks later.
 Results. There no statistically significant differences groups regarding mean scores baseline. Twelve intervention, there Scale.
 Conclusions. Educational along with telephone counseling theory found be an effective way reduce severity who underwent is recommended all transplantation.
